To be eligible for a medical certificate, a mariner must display compliance with the medical and physical standards by submitting a CG 719K or CG 719K/E. Medical certificates issued to national mariners will be issued for a maximum of 5 years. Mariners who sail under the authority of STCW endorsement will be issued for up to 2 years.
Medical Certificate Renewal:
- National-Valid for 5 years
- STCW-Valid for 2 years
